There are different transfer options: private and shuttle (or seat in bus/coach). 

PRIVATE TRANSFERS - when you pre-book a private transfer you will be met at arrivals by your driver or representative holding a sign with your name and you will be brought straight to your car and transferred straight to your accommodation. On departure, as it will be just your party, you will be picked up in plenty of time and brought straight to the airport. 

In some instances, such as early or late arrival and departure times we would recommend a private transfer as you are not relying on other passengers!

SHUTTLE TRANSFERS - when you pre-book a shuttle transfer you will travel by bus or coach along with other passengers. These transfers involve dropping off and picking up passengers at other hotels. They are great value!
